Package Delivery Driver (No CDL required) – Part-Time or Full-Time | Growth Opportunities

Pono Path is growing our delivery team and looking for dependable drivers who want an active job and opportunities to grow with the company long term. Your responsibilities will include: Safely operating a company delivery vehicle Loading and organizing packages before your route Delivering packages accurately and efficiently Following customer delivery instructions Using a delivery app Entering and exiting the delivery van frequently throughout the day Walking, carrying packages, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions Communicating with dispatch and supporting the team when needed Following company safety and delivery procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are reliable, coachable, safety-minded, and ready to work. Applicants must: Be at least 21 years old Have a valid driver's license Be able to safely operate a delivery van (Non-CDL) Be reliable and punctual for a 9:00 AM shift start Be available for full shifts of approximately 10 hours, if needed Be comfortable working independently Be comfortable working outdoors and staying physically active throughout the day Be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds Be willing to learn and follow safety and delivery procedures Delivery experience is preferred but not required. Experience with package delivery, courier services, rideshare, food delivery, or other professional driving work can be helpful, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
