Package Delivery Driver – Independent Contractor (1099) LogicPath Logistics | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Pay: $150 per day + additional pay for stops over 85 Payment Schedule: Weekly Vehicle: Personal vehicle required | All vehicle types welcome About LogicPath Logistics LogicPath Logistics is a growing last-mile delivery company seeking dependable, motivated drivers to join our Dallas–Fort Worth delivery team. We deliver a variety of packages, including household essentials, medical supplies, and other merchandise. While vans, SUVs, and larger vehicles are preferred due to the size of some packages, drivers with sedans and other standard passenger vehicles are also encouraged to apply. We're looking for reliable individuals who can manage their routes efficiently, maintain excellent delivery standards, and consistently meet daily delivery expectations. What You'll Do Pick up assigned packages from our distribution hub. Complete a minimum of 65 delivery stops per day, with typical routes ranging from 65–85 stops. Deliver packages safely and accurately to residential and commercial addresses. Use the Beans delivery application for navigation, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Communicate with the operations team regarding delivery issues or delays. Safely load, transport, and unload packages of varying sizes. Compensation $150 daily rate upon meeting the minimum delivery requirement of 65 completed stops. Additional pay for each completed stop beyond 85 stops. Weekly payments. Daily compensation may be adjusted if the minimum delivery requirement is not met, subject to the contractor agreement and applicable law. Fuel assistance may be available for qualifying rural or extended-distance routes. Drivers are responsible for their own fuel, vehicle maintenance, insurance, and other operating expenses unless otherwise agreed upon. Schedule & Availability We're launching during the busy holiday delivery season and are looking for drivers with flexible availability. Launch Week: Seven-day availability is expected during the first week. Holiday Season: Routes operate seven days a week, with rotating schedules and opportunities for additional weekend work. After the Holidays: Schedules are expected to transition to approximately five days per week, including rotating weekends. Route availability and schedules depend on package volume and operational needs. Requirements Reliable personal vehicle with sufficient space for assigned deliveries. All vehicle types are welcome; vans and larger vehicles are preferred. Valid driver's license and current vehicle registration. Active auto insurance appropriate for package delivery work. Smartphone with reliable data service and GPS capability. Ability to safely lift, carry, and deliver packages of varying sizes. Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
