Package Delivery Driver – 1099 Independent Contractor

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS – HIGH-VOLUME PACKAGE DELIVERY ROUTES OTR Fulfillment is actively adding dependable 1099 Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers for immediate route opportunities in Saginaw, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas . We are hiring now due to increasing delivery volume and are also expanding our driver team in preparation for peak season. This opportunity is ideal for drivers looking for consistent route opportunities, strong weekly earning potential, weekly payments, and ongoing delivery work . Immediate starts are available for qualified candidates. Contractors use their own vehicle to complete assigned delivery routes. Compensation & Earning Potential Estimated weekly earnings: $1,500–$2,000 for consistent contractors completing full-volume routes multiple days per week. Compensation is based on completed stops , not hourly wages or individual packages. Pickups are compensated separately under the applicable pickup pay structure Payments are issued weekly on Fridays Payment options include Zelle, direct deposit, or check Actual earnings vary based on route volume, completed stops, pickups, and the number of routes accepted and completed. Earnings are not guaranteed. Route Availability OTR operates 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday , with our greatest current need on Saturdays and Sundays . Contractors provide the days they are consistently available to accept routes. You do not need to be available all 7 days. We are especially interested in drivers who are looking for multiple routes per week and consistent ongoing opportunities . High-volume routes are available. Route volume varies by day and delivery area and may include approximately 100–250+ parcels . What You’ll Do Report to the designated warehouse for route pickup Scan and load parcels into your personal vehicle Complete assigned delivery routes using the delivery app and GPS Follow all required Proof of Delivery (POD) photo procedures Deliver parcels to safe and secure locations Maintain communication with OTR when assistance or clarification is needed Return any undelivered parcels to the designated warehouse the following day as required Reliability & Route Commitment OTR is looking for contractors who can provide consistent weekly availability, reliable communication, and dependable route completion . This opportunity is best suited for drivers who want consistent route opportunities and can reliably complete the routes they accept. Requirements Reliable personal vehicle with adequate space for package delivery Valid driver’s license Current vehicle insurance Smartphone with reliable active mobile data Ability to use GPS and a delivery app throughout the route Comfortable handling high-volume package delivery Able to lift, load, walk, drive, and deliver throughout the route Reliable communication with OTR Ability to follow POD and parcel-return requirements Safety vest must be worn at all times while inside the warehouse Closed-toe shoes required for warehouse and delivery operations Preferred Experience Previous delivery or route-driving experience is strongly preferred, including experience with: FedEx Ground, Amazon DSP/Flex, UPS, Veho, Spark, medical courier, package delivery, courier services, or other high-volume route delivery. Previous delivery experience is not required for the right candidate. We will also consider dependable applicants who are comfortable with high-volume routes, communicate well, follow procedures, and are committed to completing the routes they accept.
