Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting key benefits Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured products Upsell complementary items to increase sales and meet individual or store targets Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via in-person or phone interactions Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all customers receive attentive service Support inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and product organization Follow store policies on cash handling, security procedures, and POS operation Skills Previous experience in sales or retail sales environments is preferred Ability to conduct product demos confidently and clearly communicate.
