Duties Safely operate box trucks or similar vehicles to deliver packages along designated routes. Conduct thorough route driving to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging professionally with recipients during delivery, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Verify shipment accuracy and document any issues or discrepancies encountered during routes. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks before and after shifts to ensure optimal operation. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on route driving efficiency. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive interactions with clients and team members. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform physical tasks involved in moving packages. Packages can weigh up to 150 lbs. You will need to be able to maneuver said packages and potentially bring them up stairs. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations, especially operating box trucks. Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license; experience operating <PERSON> drivers or similar commercial vehicles preferred.
