Own MC Authority (2+ yrs), DOT #, insurance, W9 → dry van, reefer, flatbed, power only CDL drivers welcome Box truck & sprinter van (under 10,000 lbs GVWR) — no authority required Must have access to a loadboard Duties As your dispatcher, I handle: Finding and booking high-paying loads that match your equipment and lanes Rate negotiation with brokers/shippers to maximize your pay Verifying broker credibility before booking (avoiding scams/non-paying brokers) Handling all paperwork — rate confirmations, BOLs, invoicing/factoring support Tracking your loads from pickup to delivery Building consistent, repeat lanes so you're not sitting empty 24/7 communication and support while you're on the road Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: On the road
