Owner-Operators & Small Carriers — Freight Dispatch Support | 14-Day Trial Job Overview Courier Pro (CPT) is currently accepting a limited number of Owner-Operators and Small Carriers for our freight dispatch support program. We are looking for both newer authorities seeking help establishing a professional dispatch routine and established carriers who want to spend less time searching for loads, negotiating rates, communicating with brokers, and managing paperwork. Selected carriers will receive a 14-Day CPT Dispatch Trial with NO dispatch fee . During the trial, CPT will provide professional freight dispatch and back-office support while you remain in complete control of your truck and business. There is no forced dispatch. You approve or reject every load. At the end of the 14-day trial, continuing with Courier Pro Transport is completely optional. What CPT Provides Search for available freight based on your equipment, preferred lanes, location, availability, and operating requirements Evaluate loads using deadhead miles, loaded miles, total miles, gross rate, true RPM, fuel considerations, and destination market conditions Contact brokers regarding load availability and requirements Negotiate rates on your behalf with the goal of improving truck revenue while maintaining realistic market expectations Review and organize Rate Confirmations (RateCons) Coordinate pickup and delivery information Monitor active loads and assist with broker check calls and status updates Organize Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), RateCons, and supporting load documents Assist with detention, TONU, lumper, and other load-related documentation when applicable Prepare and organize documentation for factoring or broker billing Maintain organized load and dispatch records Communicate with you throughout the dispatch process regarding load opportunities, changes, delays, and exceptions Help evaluate destination markets and potential reload opportunities before committing your truck whenever practical Who We're Looking For Newer Authorities Recently activated your authority and discovering that running a trucking business involves much more than driving? CPT can help you establish a structured dispatch process around load searching, load evaluation, broker communication, paperwork, documentation, and day-to-day freight operations. Established Authorities Already running successfully but tired of spending your driving time searching load boards, calling brokers, negotiating rates, sending documents, and managing the administrative side of every load? CPT can handle much of the dispatch and back-office workload while you concentrate on operating your truck. Carrier Qualifications Qualified carriers should have: Active MC/USDOT operating authority Active commercial auto and cargo insurance appropriate for the freight being transported Road-ready commercial equipment Required registration and operating documents Ability to communicate consistently with CPT while under dispatch Professional attitude when dealing with brokers, shippers, receivers, and customers Ability to operate consistently during the trial period Willingness to provide required carrier documents for broker setup and dispatch authorization Understanding that all loads remain subject to broker approval, carrier qualifications, equipment requirements, market conditions, and individual broker policies Both newer and established authorities are encouraged to apply. You Control Your Truck Courier Pro believes the carrier should make the final decision. CPT will search, evaluate, negotiate, and present load opportunities to you. You decide whether the truck moves. There is NO forced dispatch.
