We are contracting independent owner-operators with Sprinter vans, cargo vans, or box trucks. Partner with an experienced dispatch team (4+ years industry expertise) that offers steady freight tailored to your preferred routes with fully negotiable rates.

• Canada runs: $1.00 – $1.25 / mile
• Box Trucks
• Primary long-haul routes: $1.50 – $1.80 / mile
• Secondary long-haul routes: $1.20 – $1.30 / mile
Pay Structure & Hours
• Monthly Potential: $8,000+ average gross income (dependent on vehicle type, load capacity, schedule, and Hazmat, TSA, or TWIC credentials).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday operations.
• Payout: Standard settlement in 3–5 business days, or direct 7% Quick Pay.
Driver Requirements
• Age 21 or older with at least 6 months of driving experience.
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, green card, or valid work authorization holder.
• Basic English communication skills (Russian speakers welcome).
• Commercial Liability Insurance ($750k general liability / $100k cargo).
• Must complete full onboarding and registration with TNV Group LLC before taking loads.
Equipment Standards
• Must own your Sprinter, cargo van, or box truck (Sprinters must be 2016 model year or newer).
• Equipped with full PPE and minimum 2 cargo straps.
• Clean vehicle exterior (all prior decals removed); all vehicle alterations must be reported prior to service.
• Valid registration and insurance documentation.
Note: Contractor position only—We do not hire company drivers.
