Our dispatchers work directly with trusted brokers to secure loads tailored to your route and schedule preferences. Authorized to work in the U.S. Active commercial insurance ($750k general liability / $100k cargo coverage). Completed registration with TNV Group LLC before taking loads. An active MC and DOT for Box truck drivers Pay & Rates Cargo Vans / Sprinters: $0.70–$0.90/mi (standard long-haul), $0.85–$1.00/mi (preferred routes), $1.00–$1.25/mi (Canada). Box Trucks: $1.20–$1.30/mi (standard long-haul), $1.50–$1.80/mi (preferred routes). Earning Potential: Average monthly earnings reach $8,000+, scaling up based on vehicle size, volume, and specialty endorsements (TSA, TWIC, Hazmat). Payout Terms: Standard payment arrives in 3–5 business days, or instantly via 7% Quick Pay. Vehicle Standards Sprinters must be 2016 models or newer with valid registration and insurance. Plain, decal-free exterior. Equipped with standard safety PPE and a minimum of 2 load straps. Pre-approval required for custom modifications.
