OWNER OPERATOR PNUEMATIC CONTRACT

Job Overview As an Owner Operator, Pneumatic Contract Driver, you’ll operate a tractor-trailer equipped with a pneumatic trailer to transport and deliver freight safely and reliably. You’ll plan over-the-road (OTR) routes, use GPS navigation, and manage loading, unloading, and delivery tasks. This is a contract role for an owner operator; applicants must have access to the equipment and qualifications required for the work. Responsibilities Drive commercial trucks on OTR and local route assignments, following delivery schedules and route instructions. Load and unload freight, including pneumatic cargo, using safe manual handling practices and applicable equipment. Inspect and secure cargo and equipment; coordinate logistics cargo handling and report delivery or equipment issues. Follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and hazardous materials regulations applicable to each load. Your impact: Safe, dependable deliveries help customers receive freight on schedule and protect people and cargo throughout the journey. Skills Essential: Valid qualifications for commercial truck driving, tractor-trailer operation, commercial driving, and manual-transmission vehicles; safe driving and delivery-driving practices. Essential: Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations, freight handling, truck loading and unloading, and route driving; ability to use GPS navigation. Preferred: Delivery driver experience and experience with pneumatic, refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, dump, or roll-off trucks, or automobile transportation. Preferred: Hazmat (hazardous materials) or dangerous goods experience, forklift operation, and experience with manual handling and logistics cargo handling. Pay: $10,900.00 - $14,600.00 per week Work Location: Remote
