Owner Operator – MC Lease & Dispatch Program

Job Summary Join Swift Trucking Solutions as an Owner Operator through our MC Lease & Dispatch Program . We are looking for reliable and motivated Owner Operators with Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, Hotshots, Box Trucks, Cargo Vans, and other commercial equipment . As an Owner Operator, you will have the flexibility and independence of running your own truck while receiving professional support from our dispatch and logistics team. Our team assists with load searching, broker communication, rate negotiation, dispatch, paperwork, factoring, and back-office support . This is an opportunity for experienced drivers who want to stay active, haul consistent freight, and have professional dispatch support behind them. Duties Operate commercial trucks safely on local, regional, and OTR routes. Transport freight safely and deliver loads according to pickup and delivery requirements. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Properly secure and protect cargo according to equipment and load requirements. Maintain accurate driving, delivery, and load documentation. Follow applicable FMCSA and DOT safety and operating requirements. Communicate professionally with dispatchers, brokers, shippers, and receivers. Follow assigned load instructions and communicate pickup and delivery updates. Maintain reliable communication with the dispatch team throughout each load. Maintain the truck and equipment in safe operating condition. Follow company and customer requirements regarding freight handling and delivery. CDL where required for the equipment and operation. Reliable truck and equipment. Active commercial auto insurance. Medical card where applicable. Required vehicle and driver documentation. Ability to communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Reliable and responsible work ethic. Ability to safely operate and maintain commercial equipment.
