What We Offer: * Percentage-based compensation * Access to available construction hauling loads * Insurance options available, subject to approval and agreement * Fuel card option, with fuel costs deducted from weekly settlements * Weekly settlements with a clear breakdown of earnings and deductions * Opportunities to build a long-term business relationship with Philo Transportation Requirements: * Own an End Dump truck or Belly Dump equipment * Valid CDL Class A * Clean driving record and compliance with applicable safety requirements * Proper equipment and required documentation * Willingness to handle truck maintenance and repairs Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain your own equipment * Cover your truck repairs and maintenance * Follow all applicable safety regulations * Complete assigned loads and provide required paperwork Pay & Deductions: Compensation is based on an agreed percentage of load revenue. Insurance and fuel expenses may be deducted from weekly settlements according to the written agreement. Work availability depends on customer demand and available loads.
