Owner-Operators Wanted — 26-Foot Box Trucks & Hotshots Lucky Trucks Inc. | Glenview, Illinois Position: Independent Contractor / Owner-Operator Equipment: 26-Foot Box Trucks & Hotshot Trucks Routes: Regional & Over-the-Road (OTR) Lucky Trucks Inc. is expanding and looking for reliable, professional owner-operators who own their equipment and want to operate under an established motor carrier. We offer dispatch support, freight coordination, broker communication, and organized weekly settlements to help make your day-to-day operations smoother and more efficient. What We Offer 85% of gross load revenue to the owner-operator, before applicable operating expenses and other disclosed deductions. 15% total carrier/dispatch fee. Professional dispatch and load coordination to help you find and manage freight opportunities. Regional and OTR freight opportunities. Weekly settlements with itemized deductions. Assistance with rate confirmations, paperwork, invoicing, and factoring coordination. Flexible home time with advance communication. CDL and non-CDL equipment considered, depending on qualifications and equipment. A professional team available to help with communication, paperwork, and load coordination throughout the process. Requirements Must own or legally lease your truck. 26-foot box trucks or properly equipped hotshot setups. Valid driver’s license appropriate for the equipment. CDL required when applicable. Acceptable driving record and safety history. DOT medical certification when required. Truck must pass required inspections and meet DOT standards. ELD compliance when required. Must be able to maintain professional communication and provide timely pickup and delivery updates. Must be financially prepared for fuel, truck maintenance, and applicable operating expenses. Insurance, ELD & Safety To help support your operation, we offer assistance with insurance, ELD services, safety requirements, and other applicable operating needs, depending on your equipment, qualifications, and individual situation. These services and costs will be discussed individually during onboarding so you understand what is available and what may apply to you before moving forward. All applicable fees, deductions, and payment responsibilities will be clearly disclosed before signing an agreement or beginning operations. Owner-operators are responsible for agreed recurring charges during periods of inactivity, subject to their signed agreement. We will review these terms with you in advance so there are no surprises.
