MBX Logistics is recruiting dependable owner/operators to deliver Sam’s Club orders to local homes and businesses. We’re expanding across multiple locations and looking for operators who want consistent opportunities, take pride in their work, and deliver great customer service. What You’ll Do Your day starts at your assigned Sam’s Club pickup location. You’ll load and organize customer orders, then deliver them to homes and businesses throughout the surrounding area. You’ll use a smartphone app to navigate, follow customer instructions, scan orders, and document completed deliveries. This is an active role that includes driving, walking, lifting, and carrying merchandise. Responsibilities include: Arriving at your pickup location on time and ready to load. Organizing and securing orders inside your van. Delivering merchandise safely and handling it with care. Completing required scans, delivery photos, and proof of delivery. Communicating with dispatch about delays or delivery issues. Completing required returns and route closeout procedures. Finish Your Route. Earn Your Full Daily Pay. Our goal is safe, efficient route completion within 6–8 hours . Actual completion times vary with traffic, order volume, and delivery conditions. When you complete your route and required return procedures, you receive your full agreed daily route pay—even if you finish early. Mandatory Requirements Must be 21 years or older. Must own a white mid-roof or high-roof cargo van no more than 10 years old. Examples include a Ram ProMaster, Ford Transit, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or equivalent. No sedans, SUVs, minivans, or low-roof vans. Vehicles are not provided. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history that meets screening and insurance requirements. Must successfully complete an MVR review, background screening, and required drug testing before starting. Must provide current vehicle registration and required insurance documentation. Must keep your van clean, maintained, and safe to operate. Must be able to load, unload, carry, and deliver merchandise, including bulky orders, using appropriate equipment or assistance when needed. Must have a reliable smartphone with an active data plan. Must be dependable, communicate professionally, and complete accepted routes. Must follow traffic laws, safe driving practices, and pickup location requirements. Delivery Experience Preferred Cargo van, courier, or multiple-stop delivery experience is a plus.
