We partner closely with corporate clients to provide reliable logistics and last-mile delivery services across the Lower Mainland. We are currently hiring experienced Owner-Operator Delivery Drivers to support one of our client's delivery operations throughout Metro Vancouver and surrounding areas. About the Role We are looking for reliable and experienced owner-operators with their own medium-roof or larger cargo van to complete daily delivery routes for one of our corporate clients. Deliveries primarily consist of office supplies, boxes, and other business-related products to commercial and residential customers. Routes vary in volume, distance, and delivery locations. Daily loadouts typically begin between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM at our client's warehouse. Drivers will be responsible for sorting, organizing, loading, and delivering assigned packages efficiently. As many deliveries are to commercial customers, drivers must be able to manage their routes effectively to ensure deliveries are completed before businesses close. The base compensation is $300 per day, with opportunities to earn up to $350 per day for larger routes, depending on route volume and requirements. This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors looking for consistent weekday work with a growing logistics company. Key Responsibilities Operate your own cargo van safely and professionally. Arrive on time for scheduled morning loadouts at the client's warehouse. Sort, organize, load, and secure packages according to assigned delivery routes. Complete assigned delivery routes accurately and within designated delivery windows. Deliver office supplies, boxes, and other merchandise to commercial and residential customers. Safely handle heavier and bulkier packages when required. Plan and manage deliveries efficiently to meet business operating hours. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and client interactions. Maintain regular communication with dispatch and the operations team. Report delivery delays, incidents, returns, or customer concerns promptly. Complete proof of delivery and required documentation using the delivery application. Track and report daily route information, including stops, package counts, kilometres, and delivery times. Requirements Valid Class 5 driver's licence. Must own or have access to a reliable medium-roof or larger cargo van suitable for commercial deliveries. Minimum 1 year of delivery or courier experience preferred. Clean driving record and driver's abstract required. Appropriate commercial vehicle insurance. Physically capable of lifting, carrying, sorting, and delivering boxes and office supplies (up to 50 lbs). Comfortable completing high-volume, multi-stop delivery routes. Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable using delivery applications, GPS navigation, and dispatch communication tools. Previous experience with commercial deliveries, courier services, or last-mile logistics is considered an asset. Contract Details Independent contractor / owner-operator position. Base daily rate: $300. Larger routes: Up to $350 per day , based on route volume and requirements. Consistent weekday delivery opportunities. Contractor provides their own vehicle, fuel, insurance, and operating expenses. Sorting and loading responsibilities are included in the daily rate. Opportunity for additional routes as operations expand. Schedule Monday to Friday. Early morning start, typically between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
