Oromo Logistics Ltd. is a BC-incorporated delivery company providing last-mile, e-commerce, and B2B delivery across Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We run a modern, well-maintained fleet with a strong network of professional local drivers. Daily pickup is at our Richmond warehouse. Start date: Immediately Positions available: 10 drivers Schedule: Warehouse pickup in Richmond at 7:00 AM; all routes must be completed by 9:00 PM What You'll Do • Pick up packages from the Richmond warehouse at 7:00 AM • Scan, organize and load your packages • Plan and complete your delivery route in a timely manner • Deliver small to medium-sized parcels safely and efficiently • Use the company's delivery app to scan parcels and record proof of delivery • Provide friendly, professional service to customers and businesses • Maintain accurate delivery records • Complete all routes by 9:00 PM Requirements • Valid driver's licence for the province of British Columbia (Class 5), with a valid driver's abstract and an acceptable driving record • Reliable vehicle (sedan or minivan) suitable for package delivery — company vehicle provided on selected routes • Vehicle insurance (for your own vehicle) • Responsible for maintaining your own vehicle and covering all its expenses • Previous delivery or courier experience — a minimum of 6 to 12 months • Smartphone with reliable internet access • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 30 lbs • Ability to work independently and complete assigned routes efficiently and on schedule • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction • Legally eligible to work in Canada What We Offer • Consistent, year-round work with growing parcel volume • Steady earning potential • Flexible scheduling • Bi-weekly pay • Supportive local dispatch team • Vehicle provided for experienced candidates on selected routes and volumes • Opportunities for long-term growth as we expand Pay: $1.45 per package, plus a gas bonus of $0.05 per kilometre Volume: 100–150 packages per day — earn $150–$250 per day, depending on vehicle type and performance, plus the gas bonus.
