Full Job Description Dynamis Global Solutions is looking for experienced Class A CDL owner-operator drivers to join our growing team! Run flatbed and building-material freight with a company that values reliable drivers, consistent communication, and professional service. We are seeking experienced owner-operators who take pride in their work and want an opportunity to earn competitive weekly pay while getting home on weekends. Earnings Our owner-operator drivers can earn an average of $1,500–$2,500 net per week after expenses. Some drivers may earn more, but earnings are performance-based and depend on individual productivity, freight availability, and operating expenses. Pay & Schedule Average of 1,800–2,000 miles per week Approximately 5 loads per week Weekly settlements paid by direct deposit Home weekends Layover pay — per shipper contract Stop pay for multiple-stop loads — varies by shipper Detention pay — per shipper contract Benefits & Perks Sign-on bonus Driver referral bonus Fuel cards Pets allowed PrePass / E-ZPass Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Must own your truck (owner-operator / independent contractor) Two years of driving experience preferred Experience operating a 10-speed transmission Hazmat endorsement not required No more than two accidents within the previous three years No more than three moving violations within the previous three years No DUI/DWI convictions within the previous 10 years Felony convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances Join Dynamis Global Solutions!
