Owner Operator – Cargo Van / Sprinter Van Required Final-Mile Large Parcel Delivery | 60% Load Revenue MarWil Solutions is expanding our DFW delivery network and is seeking a select group of dependable, professional Owner Operators with Cargo Vans or High-Roof Sprinter Vans. Our contractors support final-mile delivery of large and oversized e-commerce parcels throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. All routes originate from our distribution warehouse in The Colony, Texas. We are currently building our preferred Owner Operator network and have limited immediate opportunities available, with additional contractors being added as delivery volume grows. Compensation Owner Operators receive 60% of the applicable load revenue for each completed load. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not an hourly or salaried position. Earnings vary based on: Available delivery volume Number of routes or loads accepted Route size and distance Vehicle capacity Customer requirements There is no guaranteed minimum number of routes or weekly earnings. Owner Operators are responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, maintenance, insurance, taxes, and normal business operating expenses unless otherwise specified. About the Work This opportunity primarily supports large-parcel and final-mile e-commerce deliveries. Deliveries may include: Large and oversized parcels Bulky packaged merchandise E-commerce orders Residential deliveries Business deliveries Routed final-mile delivery assignments Packages may range approximately 20–150 lbs. Contractors must be capable of safely handling large parcels using proper lifting techniques, equipment, and team-lift procedures when required. Where You Start Routes originate from the distribution center in The Colony, TX. Owner Operators must be able to reliably report to the warehouse for scheduled pickups before beginning their assigned delivery route. Applicants who live within a reasonable commuting distance of The Colony are strongly preferred. What You’ll Do As a MarWil Owner Operator, you will: Arrive at the distribution center on time for scheduled pickups Verify and organize assigned parcels Load and secure freight safely Complete assigned delivery routes Follow delivery instructions and customer requirements Maintain communication with MarWil Operations Use required delivery applications Capture required photos, signatures, scans, or proof of delivery Handle delivery exceptions according to established procedures Provide professional customer service at each delivery location Maintain a clean, safe, and dependable vehicle Vehicle Requirements You must own or have authorized use of an approved vehicle, including: Cargo Van High-Roof Sprinter Van Comparable approved delivery vehicle Your vehicle must be: Properly registered Properly insured Reliable and mechanically sound Clean and professional in appearance Large enough to safely accommodate assigned freight Owner Operator Requirements Applicants must: Be at least 18 years old Have a valid driver’s license Have an acceptable driving record Own or operate an approved Cargo Van or Sprinter Van Maintain required commercial auto insurance Have a reliable smartphone with data service Be able to report to the distribution center Be comfortable handling large and oversized parcels Be able to safely load, secure, transport, and unload freight Communicate reliably with dispatch Complete required onboarding and compliance documentation Pass applicable background and driving-record screening Maintain professional conduct at customer locations Previous experience with Amazon XL, final-mile delivery, furniture delivery, appliance delivery, courier services, logistics, route delivery, or independent contractor transportation is strongly preferred.
