Our peak operational demand falls across Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday . We are looking for professional owner-operators and dedicated contract drivers who take pride in on-time execution, route efficiency, and high-quality customer delivery. Key Responsibilities Punctual Hub Pickups: Arrive promptly at designated local sorting facilities for scheduled morning load-outs. Efficient Route Execution: Organize, scan, and safely transport package routes across assigned Austin-area territories. On-Time Delivery Performance: Consistently complete routes and deliver all parcels within specified client time windows. Most drivers complete assigned routes well within the allotted time block. App-Based Logistics: Utilize smartphone applications for route navigation, package scanning, digital photo proof of delivery, and customer updates. Schedule & Availability Requirements Primary Operating Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (Primary volume window; additional mid-week shifts available based on performance). Shift Timing: Morning pickups with dedicated day completion. Minimum Driver Qualifications Age: Must be 21 years of age or older . Local Knowledge: Strong geographic knowledge of the Austin metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs. Vehicle Requirement: Dependable personal vehicle (Minivan, SUV, Cargo Van, Sprinter, or reliable covered transport) with active vehicle registration. Driver’s License & Insurance: Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record and current auto liability insurance.
