Our job is to keep freight moving, communication clear, and your truck working without unnecessary downtime. We provide professional dispatching and logistics support to owner-operators and small fleets by finding quality loads, negotiating rates, communicating with brokers, coordinating pickups and deliveries, and keeping paperwork organized. Fast communication is a priority. We respond quickly, stay in contact with drivers and brokers, and keep carriers informed throughout the process. Our goal is to minimize downtime, keep your schedule moving, and help you plan your routes with getting you home on time in mind. What We Handle Finding and booking quality freight Rate negotiation and load coordination Fast communication with brokers and shippers Pickup and delivery coordination Load tracking and driver updates Rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other paperwork Invoicing and administrative follow-up Route and schedule planning with the driver’s home-time goals in mind Ongoing communication and support throughout the load Our Promise You drive. We handle the rest Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week Work Location: On the road
