wner-Operators with their own 26–30 FT box trucks to handle LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and FTL (Full-Truckload) shipments across Canada and the United States.
We are seeking professional drivers who are experienced in cross-border operations, understand commercial transportation requirements, and are interested in building a long-term business relationship.
Key Responsibilities
• Transport LTL and FTL shipments across Canada and the United States.
• Perform semi-long-haul and long-distance routes within Canada and cross-border into the USA.
• Handle pickups and deliveries professionally and on schedule.
• Operate liftgate equipment and use a pallet jack when required.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and deliveries.
• Ensure freight is properly secured and handled.
• Maintain accurate shipping documents, including BOLs and PODs.
• Follow all applicable Canadian and U.S. commercial transportation and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
• Must own a 26 FT, 28 FT, or 30 FT box truck.
• Truck must be equipped with a working liftgate and pallet jack.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Previous experience with U.S.–Canada cross-border trucking is required.
• Must hold Canadian citizenship and be legally eligible to enter and work in the United States.
• Valid commercial driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle and jurisdiction.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Clean driving record and satisfactory driving abstract.
• Knowledge of cross-border transportation procedures and documentation.
• Ability to perform semi-long-haul and long-distance routes.
