Key Days Required: Sunday to Thursday 2300-0700hrs (11PM-7AM) Qualifications: Post-secondary education preferred Two years experience in the security guard industry required Previous experience in a supervisory/lead role preferred Previous scheduling experience an asset Strong computer skills, including HRMS, Time Management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent Customer Service Skills Leadership and organizational skills a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines Outstanding customer service orientation Attention to detail and ability to handle pressure calmly Experience using Celayix Team Express is an asset Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails, following directives from the Operations Supervisor Coordinate shift coverage for missed check-ins or absences Dispatch guards promptly in response to ad hoc requests Efficiently schedule special coverage shifts and inform employees of their assignments Update employees and clients on schedule changes and guard ETA Maintain training plans and records in compliance with company standards Respond to service inquiries and escalate issues as needed Complete daily shift reports and assist with administrative tasks when required and other duties.
