Overnight Inventory Specialist | Sports Cards & Pokémon TCG

Location: Aventura, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour Bonus Eligibility: Semiannual performance bonus eligibility Additional Compensation: Eligible for a pay increase upon successful completion of training About the Role LILPULLMAN is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Overnight Inventory Specialist to support our sports card and Pokémon operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing high-value products, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring inventory is available to support fulfillment, shipping, and live sales. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of sports cards and modern Pokémon products, takes pride in accuracy, and works effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment. Schedule During training: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 1:00 PM–6:00 PM, based on operational needs After successful completion of training: 8:00 PM–2:00 AM or 1:00 AM–7:00 AM, based on operational needs Weekends are required Two weekdays off, selected in coordination with management and based on business needs Responsibilities Conduct inventory counts, maintain accurate records, and reconcile physical stock with inventory system data. Investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate findings to leadership. Accurately identify and differentiate sports card and Pokémon products, including similarly named sets, parallels, and sealed products. Use ERP systems, including Odoo, to record inventory transactions and track product movement. Generate inventory reports and provide SKU updates to leadership at least twice weekly, or more frequently as needed. Organize, label, replenish, and maintain inventory in designated storage areas. Complete Breakers Picks by gathering products from the inventory room, labeling them, and delivering them to staff as needed. Work closely with Administration, Fulfillment, Sales, and other departments to support inventory accuracy and timely operations. Maintain clean, organized storage and work areas. Follow company procedures for inventory accountability, security, and the responsible handling of high-value products. Qualifications Strong knowledge of sports cards and modern Pokémon trading card products is required. Ability to accurately identify, differentiate, and verify products, sets, parallels, and sealed products. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong inventory management, basic math, and problem-solving skills. Experience conducting inventory counts and resolving discrepancies. Technical proficiency with inventory management or ERP systems; Odoo experience preferred. Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel. Experience generating and reviewing inventory reports preferred. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Dependability, trustworthiness, and the ability to handle high-value inventory responsibly. Requirements Availability to work the required overnight and weekend schedule after training. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving inventory weighing 70 pounds or more. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
