Overnight Grocery Stocker

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Depending on position level: Regular Stocker, Assistant Supervisor, or Supervisor) Shift Hours: Flexible overnight starts between 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM, ending between 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM Position Overview Are you a night owl looking for a fast-paced, active role with a great team? Key Responsibilities Freight Handling: Unload delivery trucks quickly and safely, breaking down and managing merchandise pallets. Stock & Replenish: Stock merchandise onto shelves accurately, following proper merchandising and rotation guidelines. Backroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized backroom storage area. Inventory Control: Receive, check-in, and organize incoming product shipments. Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure all products are placed in their exact designated locations, following plan-o-grams and pricing standards. Store Readiness: Face, front, and straighten store aisles to ensure a pristine shopping environment before the store opens. Team Collaboration: Work efficiently both independently and alongside team members to meet nightly freight-clearing goals. (For Supervisors/Assistant Supervisors) Oversee shift operations, delegate tasks, mentor team members, and ensure safety and productivity standards are met. Position Tiers & Pay Structure Regular Stocker: $18.00 / hour Assistant Supervisor: Pay rate scaling up based on experience within the $18–$20 range Supervisor: Up to $20.00 / hour (depending on qualifications and leadership experience) Qualifications & Requirements Physical Strength: Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. safely, and stand, bend, or walk for long periods throughout the shift. Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical for overnight operations. Availability: Ability to work overnight shifts with flexible start times between 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM and end times between 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM. Experience: Previous retail, warehouse, or stocking experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and positive attitude matter most! (Leadership roles require prior supervisory or management experience).
