Overnight Delivery Driver - Own Vehicle Required - Valley Cottage

PCF is hiring an Overnight Delivery Driver for our Valley Cottage, NY location! We're looking for a dependable individual with their own reliable vehicle to join our overnight delivery team. This position primarily involves delivering newspapers to residential customers using your personal vehicle, along with some warehouse responsibilities as needed. Schedule Approximately 28 hours per week, 6 days/week: Monday: 2:00 AM – 6:30 AM Tuesday: 2:00 AM – 6:30 AM Wednesday: Off Thursday: 2:00 AM – 6:30 AM Friday: 2:00 AM – 6:30 AM Saturday: 2:00 AM – 7:00 AM Sunday: 2:00 AM – 7:00 AM IMPORTANT: These are approximate scheduled hours and may have changed. Employees frequently work later than the listed end times due to delivery needs, late trucks, weather, or other operational requirements. Candidates must have flexibility to stay later into the morning as needed. Pay $20.00 per hour Mileage reimbursement for delivery routes Additional gas supplement Job Responsibilities Deliver newspapers to residential customers accurately and on time using your own vehicle. Assist with preparing, organizing, and loading newspapers. Perform general warehouse duties as needed. Follow assigned delivery schedules and safety procedures. Communicate with management regarding delivery issues or delays. Remain available beyond scheduled hours when operational needs require. Important: This position requires your own reliable vehicle. Must have your own reliable vehicle to use for residential newspaper deliveries. Valid driver's license and current auto insurance with your name listed as an insured driver. Must be available to work overnight and early morning hours, including Saturdays and Sundays. Flexibility to work additional hours when needed due to late trucks, weather, or other business needs. Ability to lift and handle newspaper bundles weighing up to 30–50 lbs. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
