KNM Transport Inc.Key Responsibilities: OTR Fleet Tracking & Tracing: Monitor real-time status of active loads and drivers across the country to ensure timely check-ins, pickups, and deliveries. Driver Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between drivers, brokers, and internal operations; assist drivers with route updates, check calls, and immediate issue resolution. Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain precise records of load statuses, delays, ETA updates, Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork, and proof of deliveries (POD) in the system. Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential transit delays or log issues and communicate solutions quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction. Schedule Compliance: Maintain consistent daily availability for the 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift, Monday through Saturday. Qualifications & Requirements: Skills: Strong organizational skills, fast typing speed, and clear verbal/written communication. Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn dispatch software, load boards, and tracking platforms quickly. License: Valid Driver’s License required. Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Adaptability: High energy and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
