Role Description This is a full-time, over-the-road CDL Truck Driver role based out of McAllen, TX. The Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks to transport freight to and from customer locations and terminals. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads, following scheduled routes, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role involves coordinating with dispatch, maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation, and complying with all DOT and company safety regulations. Drivers may also assist with unloading freight when required and are expected to represent the company professionally with customers and partners. Benefits • $0.55 cents per mile • 2,800-3,200 miles per week • Paid every Friday • Reset every week at home • Late-model equipment Qualifications • Candidates should possess CDL Class A and at least two years of OTR experience. • Candidates should possess knowledge of DOT Regulations and safe operation of a truck. • Clean driving record and ability to meet all federal and state driving requirements. • Dependable & ready to run. • Strong attention to safety, reliability, and time management. • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
