Over the Road Box Truck Driver

Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Pay: 23% of Gross Revenue Equipment Provided Location: Driver located in the Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana region We are seeking a reliable and experienced OTR driver ready to run 11+ hours and maximize earning potential. Compensation 23% of gross revenue per load Weekly settlements No equipment expenses In-house dispatching provided (we handle load booking, rate negotiations, and paperwork) What We Provide Well-maintained box truck Dedicated in-house dispatch team Consistent freight opportunities Back-office support so you can focus on driving Driver Requirements Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience Ability to handle driving in snow Ability to legally complete full 11-hour driving shifts Strong work ethic and communication skills Must know how to check and verify freight and strap and secure for transit Required to load and unload freight when asked as well as deliver freight inside or to any designated areas Ability to stay out as required Active DOT Medical Card We are looking for drivers who are serious about maximizing miles and income. The harder you run, the more you earn. Pay: $1,150.00 - $1,656.00 per week Application Question(s): Are you 21 years of age or older? Do you currently have a valid DOT Medical Card?
