Outside Sales Representative Northshore, LA to Biloxi, MS EnGulf Waste is a locally owned roll-off container and waste hauling company. We run our own trucks, our own containers, our own dispatch, and our own disposal accounts on both sides of the state line. We service the Mississippi Gulf Coast every day. We are hiring one outside sales representative to own the territory from Madisonville, Louisiana east across the Northshore and into Mississippi through Biloxi. St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington Parishes, and Hancock, Harrison, and Jackson Counties. This territory comes with an existing book of business. You are not starting from zero. You are taking over active accounts in a market we already run trucks in daily, and growing it. What you will be doing Field sales, not desk sales. Calling on general contractors, restoration companies, property managers, demolition crews, industrial accounts, casinos, and commercial property owners across the Northshore and the Coast. Own your territory and your accounts start to finish Quote directly off our rate sheet with real pricing authority Keep the relationships you build instead of handing them to an account manager Work directly with dispatch so your customers get serviced right What we offer Base salary plus uncapped commission on every sale, paid monthly Elevated commission rate for your first year while you build the territory Existing accounts in your territory from day one Company health insurance Two weeks paid vacation Fuel paid Flexible schedule. Deals that need a decision get one the same day What we are looking for Two or more years of outside B2B sales in a hunter role. Waste, construction supply, equipment rental, or building materials is a strong plus Existing relationships on the Northshore or the Mississippi Gulf Coast are a major advantage Comfortable walking onto a jobsite and finding the person who signs Valid driver's license and clean MVR Reliable vehicle You manage your own calendar without being chased Why EnGulf?
