Outside Operations Supervisor

The Outside Operations Coordinator plays a key role in keeping all outside golf operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly throughout the golf season. Organization, attentiveness, positive attitude, and strong communication skills directly contribute to an exceptional guest experience. In this position, you will oversee the golf cart fleet, maintain operational equipment, support tournaments and events, keep all outside areas clean and organized, and assist the outside service team when needed. • Golf Cart Fleet Management: Ensuring that the golf cart fleet is operating at full capacity throughout the entire year. This would entail troubleshooting and repairing minor cart issues or coordinating with our mechanic or golf cart provider in fixing major issues to the fleet. As well as maintaining a clean, organized, and functional cart storage area. 
• General Maintenance: Perform routine fixes, replacements, or finding a solution for any equipment as needed. Identifying issues early and implementing solutions quickly to prevent any disruptions to the operation.
• Supplies Management: Monitor supply levels and communicate any needs such as scorecards, pencils, tees, cleaning supplies or any other supplies in a timely manner to prevent shortages
• Practice Facility & Outside Organization: Keeping all areas clean, organized and stocked completely with supplies throughout the season.
• Tournament & Event Support: Assisting with any setup for tournament and events and ensure the outside operation is aligned  with the event  schedule
• Outside Operations  Assistance  &  Presentation: Support  the outside service staff  with daily set up and organization of the bag drop, cart return, and staging area.  Ensuring these  areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing to golfers.  Provide  friendly, helpful interactions with  golfers.
