Outdoor Property Service Subcontractor

We are reviewing independent outdoor-property-service contractors for customer projects throughout the northwest San Antonio, Leon Springs, Fair Oaks Ranch, Boerne, and surrounding areas. This is a project-based 1099 contractor position , not hourly or salaried employment. We are looking for businesses, owner-operators, and crews capable of independently completing landscaping, cleanup, maintenance, and other exterior-property projects. Project Categories May Include Lawn mowing and maintenance Edging, trimming, and blowing Shrub and hedge maintenance Property and yard cleanups Outdoor debris and branch removal Brush and overgrowth cleanup Mulch and landscape-bed work Rock and decorative landscape installation Plant installation Sod installation Irrigation repair and installation Drainage and grading Tree and limb work Pressure washing Hardscape Exterior property maintenance Other defined outdoor-property projects You do not have to offer every service category. Project Process Customer projects are matched with contractors according to: Services Service territory Availability Equipment Crew capacity Pricing Scope of work Contractors review projects before accepting them. Accepted projects are completed according to the agreed scope, schedule, and project terms. Compensation Compensation is project-based and established before each accepted project. Typical smaller completed customer projects may range approximately $200–$1,500 . Larger projects may pay more depending on scope, labor, materials, equipment, location, and customer requirements. No specific number of projects, hours, or weekly earnings is guaranteed.
