Outbound Yard Coordinator

Overview: As an Outbound Coordinator, you’ll keep orders moving from the ESS Container Yard warehouse to the customer by coordinating inventory, shipping, freight, and transportation. You’ll work across ESS warehouse operations, purchasing, suppliers, carriers, and customer service to support accurate, timely order fulfillment. Your impact: Clear coordination and inventory control help customers receive the right products while supporting efficient warehouse distribution. Responsibilities Coordinate shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, stocking, materials handling, and outbound logistics. Take a pictures and send to client by Tracking inventory and shipments using warehouse management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, transportation management systems, and inventory management systems; maintain accurate data and records. Support transportation planning, freight coordination, third-party logistics (3PL) and non-vessel-operating common carrier (NVOCC) relationships, and trade compliance with international trade regulations. Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supplier and vendor management, demand planning, materials management, and production planning teams. Analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and profit and loss (P&L) data; use root cause analysis and process improvement to resolve issues. Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations, warehouse management, shipping logistics, transportation management, supply chain management, or a related supply chain operations role. Knowledge of warehouse distribution, inventory management, category management, and warehouse management systems; familiarity with materials requirements planning (MRP) and AS400 is helpful. Data collection and analysis skills, including spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Excel data analysis, SQL, or Tableau. Strong cross-functional communication, customer service, negotiation, and analysis skills; supplier management experience is an asset. Ability to perform manual handling; forklift experience is helpful. Familiarity with e-commerce and logistics management is an advantage.
