Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with Sandvik policies, SOPs, safety and environmental practices
• Oversee outbound operations across all shifts (order picking, consolidation, packing, loading for shipments)
• Improve operational efficiency; manage costs, KPIs, SOPs
• Lead change management for new processes, systems, or technology
• Coordinate with inbound, inventory control, and transportation to optimize workflows
• Perform warehouse operations functions and support continuous improvement projects
• Other duties as needed
Key requirements
• Experience with WMS; Blue Yonder is a plus
• FTZ management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability xklufbp to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to changing business needs
• Diplomacy and emotional intelligence in difficult situations
• Customer-service mindset
• Ability to work off-shift as required
• College degree with emphasis in distribution, warehouse, logistics, retail, or transportation; 3–5 years of related experience; 3–5 years of supervisory experience
