• 95% of your loads will be no-touch, mainly drop-and-hook freight.
• Drive primarily within the Eastern 37 states.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, even when not driving.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $0.04 per mile based on your weekly mileage.
• Guaranteed pay of at least $1,000 weekly during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance bonuses.
• Attractive sign-on bonuses: $10,000 for experienced drivers and $7,500 for inexperienced drivers, both paid over 12 monthly installments.
• Paid orientation and paid time off starting after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus potential of up to 2% of your annual gross pay.
Qualifications:
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
