OTR Team Driver – Independent Contractor A & M Global Transportation Services LLC (AMGTS) AMGTS is seeking dependable and professional OTR Team Drivers for nationwide transportation operations. This position involves team driving, extended periods on the road, and shared driving responsibilities. Position Highlights & Requirements: 21-DAY OTR COMMITMENT REQUIRED TWIC Card REQUIRED Valid U.S. Passport REQUIRED Pay: $600–$1,100/week when the vehicle generates at least $3,500 in weekly gross revenue; if below $3,500, compensation is 20% of revenue from completed loads Must be comfortable with OTR team driving and extended travel Must be reliable and committed to safe, timely pickups and deliveries Strong communication and teamwork skills required Must remain active on Life360 while under contract Professional conduct, good personal hygiene, and respect for your co-driver required Company vehicle and fuel card are for authorized business use only Zero tolerance for drinking, smoking/vaping, illegal drugs, impairment, or illegal firearms/contraband during operations We’re looking for reliable, safety-conscious drivers who work well with a co-driver and can commit to being OTR for 21 days at a time.
