Compensation & Benefits Pay: 30% of Gross Revenue. * Weekly gross averages between $7000– $11,000 Expected weekly take-home: $2100 – $3,300 Equipment: * Clean Freightliner equipped with APU, Power Inverter, and Refrigerator. Provided: Bedding, Tablet, GPS, and Fuel Card. Support: 24/7 Roadside Assistance and dedicated Dispatch. Route: Low miles with high-paying freight. Home Time & Schedule OTR: 3–4 weeks out / 3–4 days home. (Flexible) Service Area: All 48 states (No New York City routes upon request). Responsibilities Perform thorough Pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and trailer safety. Safely operate a Freightliner. Maintain clear, professional communication with dispatch and customers. Manage logs and paperwork via provided tablet. Requirements Experience: 2 years driving and hazmat endorsement. Communication: Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills. Reliability: We are looking for a responsible driver who takes pride in maintaining a clean truck and hauling high-value equipment. License: Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
