We are seeking responsible, dependable, and safety-conscious Sprinter van drivers for nationwide over-the-road (OTR) operations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy traveling, working independently, and earning income based on completed freight assignments. No CDL required. Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided Mercedes-Benz Sprinter cargo van. Transport expedited freight throughout the 48 contiguous states. Complete pickups and deliveries according to dispatch instructions and customer requirements. Communicate with dispatch regarding estimated arrival times, shipment status, and unexpected delays. Properly secure freight using ratchet straps and other approved cargo securement equipment. Inspect freight and shipping paperwork before leaving pickup locations. Submit photographs of secured freight, Bills of Lading (BOL), and Proofs of Delivery (POD). Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns. Maintain professional communication with shippers, receivers, and dispatchers. Follow applicable transportation regulations and cargo safety requirements. Requirements Must be at least 25 years old , subject to company insurance eligibility requirements. Valid U.S. driver's license. Good driving record (MVR) with no serious recent violations. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Willingness to travel nationwide and spend extended periods on the road. Ability to use GPS navigation and smartphone applications. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and responsibly. Previous Sprinter van, cargo van, or expedited freight experience is preferred but not required.
