OTR Sprinter Van Driver (MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE OTR/48 STATES WITHIN LAST 3 YEARS)

Rockland Logistics is a small, owner-run fleet leased to Load One (Taylor, MI). We run 2025 and 2026 Mercedes Sprinter high-roof extended vans and we're seating our next driver out of the Atlanta area. You'll talk to the owners directly, every week. Two real weeks from one of our vans from the Load One settlement and fuel report, Sept–Oct 2026. The van was at 67% line haul (it moves to 70% after 90 days). Week ending Sep 27 (5 loads, 3,547 miles, 12% empty) Trip pay: $4,314.12 Load One deductions: –$123.06 Fuel and DEF: –$952.01 Maintenance reserve ($0.05/mile): –$177.35 What's left: $3,061.70 Driver's 50%: $1,530.85 Week ending Oct 4 (3 loads, 2,649 miles, 8% empty) Trip pay: $3,353.59 Load One deductions: –$123.06 Fuel and DEF: –$671.30 Maintenance reserve ($0.05/mile): –$132.45 What's left: $2,426.78 Driver's 50%: $1,213.39 That's an average of $1,372 a week on about 2,785 loaded miles, 10% empty, at $1.37 per loaded mile. Loads averaged over 600 loaded miles and the driver took the loads dispatch offered. That's how you get weeks like these. Keeping deadhead low is the biggest lever you have. These are real past weeks, not a promise. Pay is not guaranteed. Paid weekly on Fridays, 1099. This is percentage pay. No per-mile rate and no weekly guarantee. Fuel comes out before the split. A negative week pays $0 and never carries forward. Miles home on your week off are yours, not on the fuel card. On 21 out / 7 home you have three earning weeks in every four. This position does not work for someone who needs to be home weekly. What Rockland carries The van note, insurance, registration and all maintenance. Schedule 21 consecutive days out, 7 home, set in advance and lined up to a full Mon–Sun pay week. All 48 states. Pets and passengers welcome and need to be approved by LoadOne (within reason). How we work Load One dispatches. Every Thursday we do a 10-minute check-in on six numbers: trip pay, loaded miles, deadhead %, loaded miles per load, Samsara score and fleet rank. You get a one-page statement each week that shows every line. Review at 4 weeks, then every 90 days. Requirements (we confirm these by message before booking an interview) DOT medical card with 6+ months remaining (required even though non-CDL) 6+ months verifiable OTR expedite experience (Sprinter, straight truck or tractor) Clean MVR: no 15+ over, mobile device, seatbelt or speeding citation in 3 years; no more than 3 moving violations or preventables in 12 months No DUI, felony or failed drug screen in 7 years; no violent misdemeanor in 5 years; nothing pending Samsara camera and telematics, no exceptions Not a California resident; east of the Mississippi preferred You want 21 out / 7 home, not just tolerate it From yes to rolling: about 2 weeks Load One application, drug screen, then Tuesday orientation in Taylor, MI (hotel covered).
