OTR Owner-Operator – Run Under BlueStripe Logistics Authority

Job Summary BlueStripe Logistics LLC is seeking experienced, professional OTR Owner-Operators who are ready to run consistently, communicate professionally, and operate safely under BlueStripe Logistics’ authority. We are building a strong carrier operation and protecting our MC authority, DOT safety record, broker relationships, customer relationships, and company reputation is a priority. If you’re an experienced Owner-Operator who understands that safety, communication, compliance, and on-time service are non-negotiable , we want to hear from you. Earning Opportunity Target Truck Gross: $5,000–$7,000+ per week BlueStripe Fee: $450 per week Actual gross revenue will vary based on freight availability, rates, miles, equipment type, driver availability, market conditions, and individual performance. Revenue is not guaranteed. Owner-Operators are responsible for applicable operating expenses as outlined in the final operating agreement. Owner-Operator Qualifications Qualified applicants should have: Their own reliable, DOT-compliant truck Required commercial insurance coverage Valid driver’s license and current DOT medical card, when applicable Verifiable OTR experience Acceptable MVR and safety history Ability to satisfy BlueStripe’s carrier qualification and compliance requirements Experience securing and protecting freight Working knowledge of ELDs and Hours of Service requirements Smartphone access for submitting BOLs, PODs, photos, receipts, and other required documentation Strong communication skills when working with dispatchers, brokers, shippers, and receivers Ability to work independently and resolve problems professionally while OTR BlueStripe Performance Standards Communication: Drivers must provide required updates and immediately report delays, accidents, inspections, breakdowns, cargo issues, or other service problems. On-Time Service: On-time pickup and delivery are expected. Potential delays must be communicated as soon as they are identified. Safety & Compliance: Owner-Operators must comply with applicable FMCSA/DOT requirements, including HOS, ELD, inspections, cargo securement, maintenance, and safe vehicle operation. BlueStripe does not tolerate falsification of logs, PODs, BOLs, inspection records, or other required documentation. Unsafe operation, distracted or impaired driving, unauthorized passengers, or knowingly operating equipment with an out-of-service safety defect is prohibited.
