Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Drive route-specific freight including, flatbed loads, and other specialized trailers Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations Plan optimal routes for timely deliveries while managing delivery schedules effectively Secure freight properly on flatbeds or other trailers to prevent damage during transit Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly Qualifications Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record Experience operating manual transmission trucks in a commercial setting Proven truck driving experience with freight delivery, including route driving and load & unload responsibilities Ability to handle various types of freight safely and securely Knowledge of safety procedures related to truck driving, cargo handling, and vehicle maintenance Strong communication skills and a commitment to punctuality and professionalism Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise makes a real impact!
