AEB Transportation Inc. | Winston-Salem, NC Starting Pay: $0.68 CPM | Up to $0.75 CPM | Company Truck | Reliable Miles AEB Transportation Inc. is looking for an experienced, dependable OTR Dry Van Truck Driver to join our operation! We're looking for a professional driver with at least 2 years of CDL-A driving experience who takes pride in their work, values reliable equipment, and wants the opportunity to increase their pay over-time. If you're an experienced driver looking for consistent OTR freight, an automatic company truck, and a straightforward pay progression, we'd love to hear from you! POSITION DETAILS Position: Over-the-Road (OTR) Dry Van Driver Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina (We will consider drivers from out of state if a good match) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience Truck: Company-provided International tractor with automatic transmission Freight: OTR dry van Schedule: Minimum of 3 weeks out on the road (We do work with you around the holidays. We make sure our drivers are home for all major holidays!) Position Type: 1099 independent contractor PAY & PROGRESSION We offer a starting rate of $0.68 per mile (CPM) , with opportunities for pay increases as you gain experience with our company. Our pay progression is based on satisfactory performance and continued employment, provided there are no significant safety, service, or performance issues. Pay Schedule: Starting Pay: $0.68 CPM After 90 Days: $0.70 CPM After 6 Months: $0.72 CPM After 1 Year: $0.75 CPM — Pay Cap Pay increases are based on meeting performance expectations and maintaining a good working relationship with the company. ANNUAL HOLIDAY BONUS: We appreciate drivers who stick with us and do a good job. After completing one full year with AEB Transportation Inc., drivers become eligible for an annual $1,000 holiday bonus . $1,000 per year after the first full year Paid in four weekly installments of $250 WHAT WE OFFER Company-provided International truck with automatic transmission Well-maintained equipment Reliable OTR miles Competitive starting CPM with opportunities for increases Annual holiday bonus after one full year An opportunity to build a long-term working relationship with our company REQUIREMENTS To be considered for this position, applicants must: Have a valid CDL-A. Have a minimum of 2 years of CDL-A driving experience. Be dependable, professional, and safety-conscious. Be comfortable with over-the-road driving and staying out for a minimum of 3 weeks. Maintain satisfactory driving and work performance. Be comfortable working under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. IMPORTANT POSITION INFORMATION This is a 1099 position , not a W-2 employee position. Applicants should understand the differences between independent contractor and employee arrangements, including applicable tax responsibilities.
