Responsibilities Safely operate tractor with dry trailer Plan routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to ensure on-time deliveries across multiple states. Manage vehicle inspections before and after trips, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and cargo documentation in compliance with FMCSA regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delivery status, or unforeseen delays to optimize logistics operations. Experience Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a focus on over-the-road (OTR) routes; prior delivery driver experience is highly valued. Experience navigating using GPS systems for route planning in compliance with federal safety standards.
