OTR Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview We’re looking for an experienced OTR Dispatcher with brokerage background to support our drivers and manage freight. You’ll be the main point of contact for drivers, carriers, and customers to keep loads moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Communicate with OTR drivers on load details, appointments, routing, and issues Answer phone calls from drivers, carriers, and customers Schedule and confirm pickup/delivery appointments Coordinate with carriers for load coverage, rates, and logistics Assign loads based on HOS, location, and equipment Track loads in TMS/ELD systems and resolve delays or problems Maintain accurate notes and documentation Requirements Minimum 3 years in the transportation industry Hands-on OTR dispatch and brokerage/carrier experience Strong phone and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with load boards, TMS, and HOS rules Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) Asset-based carrier experience Knowledge of DAT, TMS, or similar systems Pay: $26.29 - $31.66 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
