Job Summary Elite Shipping Group is hiring experienced Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers for full-time company driver positions. In this role, you will haul specialized freight through the Midwest and East, run consistent over-the-road miles, and earn pay on all dispatched miles. This is a strong fit for drivers willing to run teams and with mostly drop and hook loads, want to maximize earnings, and are willing to stay out on the road for up two weeks. Responsibilities Transport specialized freight safely and efficiently on long-haul over-the-road routes across the U.S. Work as a team to complete scheduled deliveries, maximize miles, and maintain on-time performance. Assist with freight handling and touch freight tasks when required. Conduct pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance. Communicate with dispatch regarding load updates, route needs, delays, and delivery status. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL required. At least 1 year of recent OTR driving experience required. Ability and willingness to stay out a minimum of 2 weeks at a time. Safe, professional driving record. Pre-made driving teams preferred; qualified solo drivers may be considered for team matching. Pay and Benefits Earn up to $0.75 CPM each, based on experience. Additional handling pay. All dispatched miles paid Weekly pay. Quarterly safety bonuses. All tolls covered. Newer, well-maintained equipment. Schedule Average 4,800 to 6,500 miles per week. Typical road time of up to 2 - 4 weeks at a time to maximize earnings. Up to 5 days off between runs.
