Dedicated Multi-Stop Reefer Routes | Consistent Freight | Great Earning Potential We are looking for reliable and experienced Class A CDL OTR Drivers to join our team for dedicated refrigerated freight routes. Our dedicated lanes consist of multiple deliveries per trip, with each drop typically taking less than 30 minutes! Drivers earn additional pay for every completed delivery. PAY & COMPENSATION Weekly Earnings: $1,700–$3,200 Stop Pay: $75 per completed drop Dedicated Lanes: Consistent routes and freight Multi-Stop Deliveries: Quick and efficient stops, typically under 30 minutes each High Earning Potential: More completed drops mean more stop pay JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Operate a Class A tractor-trailer hauling refrigerated freight. Complete multiple scheduled deliveries along dedicated OTR routes. Maintain proper reefer temperatures throughout each trip. Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on schedule. Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, and any delays. Complete required paperwork, delivery confirmations, and electronic logs. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A CDL. Experience operating tractor-trailers. Ability to operate refrigerated trailers. Dependable, professional, and punctual. Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently. Must comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
