OTR Class A Flatbed Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled OTR Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a commitment to safety, adherence to traffic laws, and excellent customer service skills. Duties Operate and drive a tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations. Load and unload cargo as necessary, ensuring proper handling of materials. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and deliveries made. Follow assigned routes for timely delivery while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any delays or issues encountered during transport. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with refrigerated trailers or tankers. Ability to operate a forklift and other loading equipment safely. Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Ability to work independently HOME ON THE WEEKENDS!
