OTR Class A CDL Team Driver

We are a small, growing carrier looking for a professional Class A CDL driver to team up with one of our current OTR drivers running dry van freight nationwide . This is a W-2 company driver position operating brand new 2026 equipment . You’ll work directly with ownership — no corporate dispatch, no nonsense, and no surprises on pay. What You’ll Do Run OTR dry van freight as part of a two-driver team Run nationwide throughout the lower 48 Share driving responsibilities with an existing company driver Operate a new 2026 automatic sleeper with APU Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs Communicate with dispatch and ownership Run legally and safely under FMCSA regulations Help keep the truck clean and organized Requirements Valid Class A CDL OTR experience preferred Team driving experience is a plus, but not required Must be comfortable living and working closely with another driver while OTR 95% no-touch freight Must be able to operate a pallet jack when needed Clean or manageable MVR Able to stay out OTR Reliable and safety-focused Professional attitude and good communication Must be willing to run consistently and keep the truck moving What We Offer W-2 company driver position Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Consistent team miles Strong earning potential Planned home time Low mileage 2026 equipment APU-equipped sleeper Direct communication with ownership Simple operation No micromanaging Equipment 2026 Freightliner Cascadia sleeper Automatic transmission APU Dry van freight ELD compliant Regular maintenance schedule Who We’re Looking For Team driving requires the right personality as much as the right driving experience.
