CDL Class A Truck Driver – Manual Transmission preferred Reforge Enterprises LLC | Sunrise, FL Job Type: Full-time Reforge Enterprises LLC is seeking a dependable, experienced CDL Class A driver to operate a manual transmission tractor-trailer. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, communicates clearly, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Pay: Starting pay is 20% of the truck’s gross linehaul revenue before fuel expenses. Opportunity to increase to 25% after 90 days based on safety, reliability, and performance. Weekly pay. Requirements: Valid Class A CDL with no automatic-only restriction. At least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience operating independently without a trainer. Experience operating a manual transmission tractor-trailer. Current DOT medical certification. Driving record that meets carrier and insurance requirements. Ability to manage routes, inspections, logs, and deliveries with minimal supervision. Dependable communication and professional conduct with customers and dispatch. Responsibilities: Transport freight safely and complete pickups and deliveries on schedule. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery paperwork. Follow applicable DOT requirements and hours-of-service rules. Report maintenance issues promptly and keep equipment clean. Communicate updates about delays, deliveries, and equipment concerns. Routes and Schedule: Our goal is to provide consistent routes, with flexibility for other available loads. Routes, home time, and schedule will be discussed before hiring.
