OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — Conestoga 32% / Dry Van 30% of Gross | 3-4 Weeks Out, 5-7 Days Off

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A Truck Driver, specializing in hauling dry van freight with a focus on efficiency, safety, and reliability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate tractor-trailers across extensive routes, typically spending 3 to 4 weeks out on the road before returning home for 5 to 7 days. You will be responsible for transporting freight securely and timely, adhering to all federal and state regulations, including FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. With a focus on maximizing your driving experience, you'll enjoy competitive revenue sharing based on a 32% / 30% gross split for Conestoga and Dry Van loads respectively. This position is perfect for experienced drivers eager to take on challenging routes with consistent home time. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers hauling conestoga and dry vans cargo across long-distance routes Qualifications Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record and recent over-the-road (OTR) driving experience Proven expertise in commercial truck driving with knowledge of load & unload procedures and freight handling Experience operating open deck or conestoga and dry van trailers preferred Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools for efficient route execution Ability to manually handle freight safely and effectively in various conditions Knowledge of FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation), hazardous materials regulations, and safety standards Strong understanding of truck loading/unloading procedures and logistics cargo handling techniques Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.
