OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver – Roll Coast to Coast | $100k Annually

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers in Ogden, Utah, for over-the-road routes hauling fresh and frozen foods in reefer trailers across the country. Drive your own assigned automatic sleeper, earn activity-based pay with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and bring a pet or passenger along with approval. Pay & Bonuses Average $100,000 per year ($1,923.08 per week) $0.66 - $0.70 per mile $40 per stop $10,000 sign-on bonus (limited time) Paid holidays at $200 per day Detention pay Safety bonus opportunities Paid online orientation Paid training with a trainer, with hotel stays during training layovers PTO from day one 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision after 30 days Schedule & Home Time Over-the-road routes West and Midwest deliveries every week Eastern states about 1–2 times per month Occasional resets on the road, depending on the route Routes & Freight Deliver fresh and frozen foods from the Ogden distribution center to grocery distributors nationwide Mix of single-stop and multi-stop loads Trailers come preloaded, except on backhauls Customers unload the freight, with unloads averaging about 3 hours Backhaul pickups required Mountain pass driving, with chaining when weather requires Equipment Assigned automatic International sleeper trucks Reefer trailers Bring your own fridge Pets and passengers allowed with proper authorization Truck take-home for time off possible with management approval and a safe parking location Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience No SAP Drivers Clean driving record DOT Medical card Willingness to chain up when weather requires Comfortable driving mountain passes
